Editor Monica Switzer says . . . Welcome to the the Spiritus Blaze series of Progeny, edited by Defiance College students. Progeny serves the College and the region, bringing written and visual texts together. The magazine accepts poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, photographs, and is published twice a year.
The editors invite submission by students, faculty, staff, and alums of Defiance College. Submission by all others is by invitation or through correspondence with the faculty advisor of the magazine. Progeny takes only first rights and asks to be acknowledged in any subsequent publication of a work.
